Return Policy

Merchandise (excluding Fine Jewelry)

1-800-CONROYS.COM's policy is simple and hassle free. You may return any item for a full refund as long as the product is in it's original resaleable condition.

• A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item.
• If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate (within 7 days) or refund check will be issued (within 30 days).

How to return merchandise:

To make a return, simply call 1-800-468-1141 or email us at
custserv@800-conroys.com regarding the item you would like to return. We will mail to you a United States Postal Merchandise Returns Label within 3 business days. Simply re-box the item being returned and affix the label to the outside of the package. Please make sure the box is securely wrapped. You may then give the package to your postal carrier or bring it to the nearest post office. 1-800-CONROYS.COM will pay the freight. There is no shipping charge to you for the return freight. You may also go to one of our retail stores and return your merchandise there.

Fine Jewelry

1-800-CONROYS.COMsm fine jewelry return policy is simple. You may return any item for a full refund as long as:

• The purchase was made within the last 30 days.
• The wear tag has not been removed from the item.

A credit will be issued to the sender's credit card within 30 days of receipt and inspection of the item. If the recipient returns the item, upon receipt and inspection, either a gift certificate or a refund check will be issued.

How to Return Jewelry Items:

To make a return, simply call 1-800-468-1141 or email us at custserv@800-conroys.net regarding the item you would like to return. We will issue a call tag for UPS to pick up the merchandise within three business days. UPS will contact the customer to arrange pick up within a week to ten days. Make sure the wear tag is attached to the item. Simply re-box the item being returned and affix the label to the outside of the package.
